Shipping Info/Rates
Order processing:
All orders are shipped within 7-14 days of receipt.
The estimated delivery time for UPS ground orders is as follows:
WA OR ID MT WY CO NM 3 to 4 days
Remember that these are working days.
Rates:
All items have pre-assigned shipping rates for for one (1) item and an additional fee (at a lower rate) for multiple quantities of the same item.
Returned items:
There are NO cash refunds. Credit is issued for other purchase.
Restocking Policy
On returned items there is 20% restocking fee deducted from credit. No credit is given for shipping charges.
Additional Shipping Charges
Certain items may vary in shipping and handling costs due to size or weight. Any additional costs will be noted on the sales receipt with the item and the customer notified prior to filing or shipping the order.
Canadian Shipping & Handling Rates:
For the fastest and most economical service we ship all Canadian orders by UPS. However we do also offer Post Office Air Parcel Post upon request. Canadian customers are responsible for all duties, taxes and customs fees.
